At present we have 4 state-of-art apparel manufacturing units in Tamilnadu-India, equipped with latest machineries and run by highly skilled employees. Our current industrial set-up allows us to house 300+ machines with a total installed production capacity of 2 Million pieces per annum. We put our continuous effort to upgrade to the latest technology at our manufacturing facilities.

Adoption of state-of-art technologies such as the CAD and ERP System, not only helps us in reducing production time, but also in improving the quality of finished product.

All our employees are also given the necessary training & equipment’s for to comply with statutory regulations. Fire & Safety norms are strictly followed, Fire Equipment and First Aid facilities are placed at various locations along with the maintenance schedules.

Facilities such as clean and hygienic washrooms, dedicated dining areas are provided for a relaxed and comfortable working environment.

Our state-of-art facilities boast an impressive array of manufacturing equipment’s around 300+ machines at present and it keeps growing.

  • Fabric inspection machines.
  • Wastema band knife used in the cutting & finishing sections.

Our hiring processes also have been streamlined to meet these guidelines including:

Sophisticated CAD and ERP system is extensively used within the production and quality processes, which help us detect errors at a very early stage of production, thereby improving the overall quality of the finished product.

One of our primary goals is to ensure the safety of workforce in each of our clothing manufacturing factories. To achieve this, we ensure that all safety measures are in place and are adhered to religiously by all members of our staff and management.

Some of the critical safety measures that we undertake at our premises are listed below:

  • First Aid training to employees and how to handle others in case of an emergency by giving necessary medication.

  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipments) for employees working on the machines like Safety Guards (which comprises of Needle Guard, Eye Guard, Pulley Guard, Motor Guard), Masks, Metal Gloves For Cutters and Rubber Gloves for Stain Removing.
  • Fire Alarm Systems for quick evacuation and Fire Extinguishers to fight against any fire emergency. Employees are given training on fire drills and also on how to operate the Extinguishers.
  • Fire evacuation plans put up at each emergency exit door and on each floor for faster evacuation of the premises in case of an emergency.
  • All Firefighters, First Aid trained personnel, Housekeepers and Maintenance employees equipped with jackets in different colours for easy identification during any emergency/crisis.
